Terms and Conditions of Use
　　本人同意群聯電子股份有限公司、其子公司、關係企業及其所委託之第三人(下稱:群聯電子)為人事管理之目的(包含但不限於個人資料保護法之特定目的及個人資料之類別代號:002者)，在符合個人資料保護相關法令之範圍內，於國內與國際間蒐集、處理、利用本人提供的個人資料以書面或電子檔方式，永久保存於群聯電子人才資料庫，並於前揭目的範圍內利用。

　　I hereby agree and authorize Phison Electronics Corp, Phison’s affiliates and third-party which is authorized by Phison (herein collectively referred to as "Phison") to collect, handle, process and use the personal information which I have provided or will provide in accordance with relevant laws about personal information protection, whether in written or digital form, for the purpose of Phison's recruitment and personnel management, and I consent to the permanent retention of the personal information in the Phison's talent database, to be used within the scope of the aforementioned purposes.

　　本人保證所提供之緊急連絡人、家屬成員、介紹人、推薦人等非由當事人提供之個人資料，已對該當事人告知，將提供該當事人之個人資料予群聯電子，且群聯電子將依法蒐集、處理及利用其個人資料。
　　
　　I hereby guarantee the personal information of emergency contact person, family members, introducer and other third party was lawfully provided by me, and such third party have been informed and have agreed his/her personal information will be provide to Phison and be processed, handled and/or used by Phison in accordance with relevant laws about personal information protection.

　　本人同意群聯電子得就本人於此群聯電子線上徵才系統所提供之陳述與個人資料內容之正確性進行確認。若本人於此線上徵才系統所提供之個人資料與陳述有任何虛偽不實情形，本人充分瞭解其足以構成終止聘僱合約之事由。

　　I hereby authorize Phison to confirm the accuracy of all statements made on the website, and fully understand that any false statements made herein will be sufficient cause for employment termination.

　　群聯電子已依個人資料保護法及相關法令之規定告知本人個人資料之蒐集目的、類別、利用之期間、地區、對象及方式、依個人資料保護法第三條規定得行使之權利及權利行使方式。本人並明瞭不提供本人本履歷表、人事資料表內個人資料時將對本人權益之影響。本人已詳閱並理解上開內容、群聯電子網站會員之會員規約及網站使用條款。
　　
　　I have read the above statement of Phison and acknowledged that I fully understood and have been informed the purposes of collecting the Information, the classification of the Information, the time period, areas, targets and ways of using the Information, my rights under Article 3 of Personal Information Protection Act and the ways to exercise them, and the consequences if I choose not to provide the Information.

　　本人同意，若有爭議雙方友好協商解決，惟若須訴諸司法程序，雙方合意以中華民國法律為準據法，台灣新竹地方法院為第一審管轄法院。
　　
　　These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of R.O.C. (Taiwan). For any and all disputes in relation to or in connection with these terms and conditions, Phison and I shall have good faith discussion, if the parties fail to reach a consensus, the disputes shall be settled by Hsinchu District Court in Taiwan, as the court of first instance.
